I took my wine class, now I can swirl my wine. Hot!
The wine class was actually really helpful and in the future I hope to be able to provide better descriptions of the wine that I’m drinking. It was very funny with the sniffing and swirling and “Oh, it tastes like barnyard and mint” and stuff like that. Strangly enough - I couldn’t put smells (eg. this smells like citrius and peaches) to the wine, but I would see a very specific color (camel, dark sage green, etc). I’m odd. What do you want?
