		<description>Excellent recipe.  I've been using blackberry applesauce and honey in lieu of sugar.  I find that 3/4 of a cup to 1 cup of honey works well.  I've also substituted agave syrup as well, and I use 1/4 a cup instead of sugar.  Your recipe has a great texture and is very moist.  I use coconut oil, but you have to eat it quickly, as coconut oil goes rancid in a few days.
